  • How tight should the underwear be?

    The underwear should be snug but not restrictive. If you notice deep red marks around the legs or waist, it is too tight. If the undies gap at the legs, they may be too loose, which can lead to leaks.
  • My child has special needs and struggles with potty training. What’s the best option?

  • My child is 8-10 years old. Will Super Undies fit?

    Yes! Many 8-10-year-olds wear our Large (L) or XL (XL) sizes. If your child is near the upper weight range or has thicker thighs, XL may be the better choice.
  • What if my child is between sizes?

    If your child is between sizes, we do not recommend sizing up as this can cause gaps that lead to leaks. A snug but not overly tight fit is best for leak prevention.
  • What if the size doesn’t fit?

    If your order is unworn and unwashed, we offer exchanges or store credit per our return policy. Be sure to try one pair first before washing a multi-pack to ensure the right fit.
  • What size should I get for my kiddo?

    Here are general weight ranges for our sizes, but we still recommend measuring, especially for larger sizes. As kids grow, their body shapes change more dramatically than tiny kiddos.
