How do I initiate a return or exchange?

1. Submit a request through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days and send return instructions.

3. The portal gives you options on using our label or mailing it yourself. If you requested a label from us you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label in your email around the same times as your approval email.
